DALLAS HILTON ANATOLE

It was another great girlfriend getaway. This time we, Tatanisha & I, landed in Dallas, Texas for 48 hours of fun. I shared all the great things there are to do in Dallas here and we also took a trip to Waco to check out the Magnolia Market . What I discovered on this trip is that the Dallas Hilton Anatole is a great fit for you next girlfriend getaway.

THE ART

First off, walking into the hotel I notice all the Asian inspired art. Not just one or two pieces of art, but multiple pieces of art.

So much art, in fact, that the Hilton Anatole has a website and app just for the art work in the hotel.

You could spend part of a day just walking through the hotel like you would walk through a museum.

I spend a lot of time at hotels and this is the first time that I’ve been in one that offers so much art work.

In addition to the Asian inspired art there is also a piece of the Berlin wall which I found completely fascinating and was thrilled to have the experience of viewing a piece of history.

THE SPA

It wouldn’t be a girlfriend getaway without a visit to the spa and the Hilton Anatole has a very lovely spa. We started our girlfriend getaway with a mani/pedi and it was exactly what we needed after our flight and rush to make our spa appointment.

During our manicure we were offered champagne and I don’t usually say no to champagne so I enjoyed a glass while waiting for my nails to dry. After our mani/pedi I was refreshed and ready to enjoy our time in Dallas.

THE FOOD

The Hilton Anatole has a number of restaurants on site and the SER steakhouse on the top floor offers some of the best views of the city. In addition to the steakhouse the Anatole has a Gossip Bar, Media Bar + Grill, and the Terrace, which offers breakfast. We enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel and we were pleased with the service and the food. It was a nice way to start our morning.

THE ROOMS

My room was so incredibly comfy and offered incredible sunset views. The asian inspired theme continued through the rooms with art and design.

I had a king room complete with coffee bar, desk, large closet, and lush bed.

Yes, I may have spent a few hours at that desk working during my stay at the Hilton Anatole. Work never waits and it’s nice to have a place to set up and get some things done.

A large bathroom is always a great bonus!
