We all deal with stress from time to time. I think

We all deal with stress from time to time. I think it's probably a pretty natural part of life. However, when it happens I make sure to do some extra self-care which usually includes increasing my meditation time and getting outside more!

Honestly, I think that breathing in some fresh air and walking around outside can be exactly what we need when things are hectic. Let everything go and just be in the moment.

Watching a sunrise or sunset is always a great idea. I lean towards sunset because sunrise is way too early :)

Prior to COVID I had lost 80 pounds with eating healthy and moving more. During the stay at home order I, sadly, found 20 of those pounds again.

However, it’s time to get back in the game and lose these 20 plus a few more. In addition to shedding weight my body doesn’t need I want to start stretching and getting back into a yoga practice.

I’m still not comfortable going to group activities so working out at home is a great option. I love that time between Christmas and New Years where you can reflect on what was (or in the case of this year, try to block it from memory) and look forward to the new year and all the possibilities it holds.

As I do a hella happy dance on my way into 2021 I’m making plans to recommit myself to nurturing my body, mind and soul more and I’d like to invite you to join me on the adventure.
