This super quick recipe is perfect for those nights you want a light and tasty broccoli slaw
recipe side dish without pulling out another pot or pan.

Just toss the ingredients into a large bowl and give it a quick stir to combine ~ and viola!

You have a satisfying side dish or a crunchy filling for sandwiches or lettuce wraps.

Weight Watchers Points

For my friends on Weight Watchers, this is only 1 WW Blue point per serving. The recipe serves 4, but for the low points, you could easily eat two servings and have loads of points left over.

It’s perfect on days that you’re low on points and need to have a delicious dinner for as close to zero points as possible.

On days like that, I recommend grilling up a chicken breast to serve with this slaw and adding some additional steamed or oven-roasted veggies on the side.

Note, veggies are your best friend when you are low on points.

For a low point, dessert grab some unsweetened applesauce and a graham cracker!

 Recipe Planning Tip

You can serve this recipe immediately at room temperature.

However, for best results, cover and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (or overnight) to give the flavors a chance to combine.
