Strawberry Pineapple Banana Fruit Smoothie

Another smoothie that I blended up for Em & I. It’s crazy how easy these are to make. I do put my frozen fruit in the micro for about 30 seconds to soften it just a bit. I have a cheapo blender and if I put completely frozen fruit in there it will burn up and that would be a tragedy. We are quickly becoming addicted to these.

1 C frozen strawberries
1 C frozen pineapple
1 medium banana
2 big soup spoon scoops of vanilla yogurt (that’s technical isn’t it…just scoop in enough to thin your smoothie to your liking)

Place in blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!
