Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

We are still on our smoothie kick here. First it was the Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie then I made a Pomegranate Smoothie. Tonight I made a Blueberry & Fruit Smoothie. My daughter was upset because I added blueberries and she wasn’t going to drink it, but I told her she had to at least try it. She ended up drinking a whole glass. So if you are not a blueberry fan still try this smoothie. The blueberries add all kinds of goodness, plus makes it a pretty color.

The other day I picked up a bunch of fresh fruit from the store and then froze it in 1 C. servings.

1 C. Frozen Strawberries
1 C. Frozen Pineapple
1/2 C. Frozen Blueberries
2 big scoops (approximately 1/2 C.) of vanilla yogurt (more or less to adjust thickness)
1 medium banana

Throw in a blender and mix until smooth.

Enjoy!
