Remember, the key to being successful on Weight Watchers freestyle is to track your points and stay in your point range.
I have been lax about tracking points which is why my weight loss has slowed way down (aka stopped). I still want to lose 25 pounds which seems like a daunting task right now.
All we can do is take one day at a time and try to be vigilant about tracking points and watching what we eat. Here’s to all of us trying to meet our goals.
