Under the sea at SEA LIFE Aquarium Grapevine TX

Exploring the world that exists under the sea is always an exciting outing. Big fish, little fish, green fish, blue fish, fish in all shapes and sizes is offered at the Sea Life Aquarium in Grapevine. SEA LIFE aquarium is located in Grapevine Mills mall across the hall from the Legoland Discovery Center. There is an amazing 360° ocean tunnel, 30 display tanks and more than 5,000 sea creatures at aquarium.

The displays are nicely done and are easy to view for almost all ages. Small children may need to be picked up to view some of the displays, but, for the most part, the displays will be at their eye level.

The jellyfish display is a lot of fun with color changing lights that turn the jellyfish green, blue and red.

Of course, sea horses are always fun to watch as well. This little guy posed for quite a while for me.

The largest exhibit offers a 360 degree ocean tunnel which is a lot of fun to walk through. There are so many fish in the exhibit. I love how the light shines down through the water.

Kids will love watching the fish swim under my feet. The tunnel isn’t very long, but it’s pretty awesome.

The aquarium is a one way walk through aquarium and when you get near the end there is a touch tank area where you can touch sea creatures and learn more about them.
