Recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top five new courses nationally in 1999, The River Golf Club has a distinguished history, having hosted US Open qualifying in 2002 and serving as the host site of the mini-tour championship in 1999 and 2000.

What Level Of Golfers Play Here

Designed to cater to golfers of all levels, The River Golf Club features five sets of tees, ensuring a challenging but fair layout that will provide an unforgettable golf experience. Additionally, the course offers all the amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable round of golf.

Is The Course Challenging?

The course itself is challenging but fair, with a variety of holes that will test golfers of all abilities.

The par-71 course stretches over 5,000 yards and includes several doglegs, water hazards, and bunkers.

The course boasts several challenging holes, including the 338-yard par-4 fifth hole that features strategically placed bunkers and water to the right of the green.

The ninth hole, a 487-yard par-5 leading up to the clubhouse, offers a stunning view of the club’s iconic architecture and is flanked by water on both sides.

However, the most remarkable hole on the course is the par-3 17th, which demands a tee shot over water to a tiny green that is encircled by water, wetlands, and a bunker to the back right.

At The River Golf Club, exceptional course conditions and service are the norm. The club prides itself on maintaining an optimal pace of play by scheduling an appropriate amount of tee times to ensure proper spacing on the course, ensuring that golfers can enjoy their rounds without feeling rushed or crowded.
