Strawberries are my favorite fruit. I love them after they have been warming in the sun. Mmmm, so good!!! Lucky for me strawberry season is right around the corner in northern Michigan which means it’s time to break out these sumptuous recipes for the next month or two. Over the years I’ve blogged some of my favorite and I’m rounding them up here so you’ll have them in one spot.
In addition to eating strawberries plain and in these tasty recipes I also make up freezer jam and freeze whole berries so we can enjoy fresh Michigan berries all year long. I’ll be posting my strawberry jam recipe later this month.
