She Shed

We’ve all heard about the male-exclusive man cave. Well, now it’s time for the female version with the She Shed. That’s right, I said She Shed. A special place just for her and her friends. A place that she doesn’t have to share with him or the kids. A place all her own and Best Buy is here to help her create the Ultimate She Shed.

She Shed

Of course, my idea of an ultimate She Shed includes a very well-stocked hidden refreshment station. This is exactly what I would want in my shed. A refreshment station should include all the favorites. Coffee, whiskey, tea, whiskey, wine, whiskey….well, you get the idea.

However, you’ll want to make sure that your ultimate she shed comes equipped with the must have small appliances to make your beverage station a success.  Using a refreshment station (aka large cabinet) keeps clutter out of sight and allows you to enjoy a nice, clean aesthetic view.

ESPRESSO MAKER: Prepare frothy and delicious hot beverages with an espresso maker.

Electric tea kettle: Quickly and safely heat water for a cup of tea. Perfect for those cool fall evening while reading a book in your She Shed.

Wine Cooler: The perfect way to keep wine nice and cool for girlfriend get togethers. I’m pretty sure some chocolate could be tucked inside the cooler as well to keep it from melting on hot summer days.

Speaking of hot summer days or cool fall day adding a Dyson fan + heater to the She Shed wouldn’t be a bad idea. That way you can stay cool or warm, depending on the temps in your area.

Best Buy has an excellent tutorial on creating the Ultimate She She which you can read all about here. They include ideas for keyless entry, cables to art, rainy days, and more. It’s a good read and well worth the click. Plus you can watch as they convert a ratty garden shed into the gorgeous She Shed posted at the top of this post.

What do you think? Are you ready to have your very own She Shed? I think adding it to a Christmas list wouldn’t be out of the question. What would you put in your She Shed?
