The Everything Mediterranean Instant Pot Cookbook is a great addition to my lifestyle of losing weight without diet or exercise. The Mediterranean style of cooking has a heavy focus on a plant-based diet which plays well into my daily life.
A section on Instant Pot basics and functions is also covered which I appreciate because I’m still at the pretty basic level of using my Instant Pot.
All the recipes include the nutritional information so regardless of what style of eating you follow you can see how the recipes fit into your life.
I think it’s important to note that if you like a full-color image for each recipe you will not find that in the Everything Mediterranean Instant Pot Cookbook.
However, the images that are shared are mouth-watering and the lack of images does not distract from all the deliciousness found between the covers of this book.
