Years ago we took a family vacation to Puerto Rico and had an amazing time. It is still one of my all-time favorite family trips. There was so much to see and do and I know we only skimmed the surface during our week visit. I want to try to get back someday soon so I can explore more of the island and spend some time relaxing and enjoying the sun and surf.

Puerto Rico tourism has partnered with Trip Advisor to create some very compelling videos to get you excited to Live your own 5-star vacation story in Puerto Rico. I know the videos make me want to book a ticket right now!

When I go back to Puerto Rico here are some of the things I’m looking forward to experiencing:

  • Visit as much of Puerto Rico’s 270 miles of shorelines including Flamenco Beach in Culebra which is often cited as one of the best beaches in the world.
  • Swim in a Bioluminescent bay. The last time we were in Puerto Rico we took a small boat out into the bay at night and watched as our guide swam in the waters. Watching the water light up around him was such a cool experience. Next time I want to be the one in the water.
  • Visit the only rain forest under US national park service, El Yunque, and climb to the clouds. We missed this on our visit and still regret not making time to go. Next visit this will be one of the first things I do.
  • Experience the food and rum. This will be a daily must-do. I think a rum tour may also make our list.

Regardless of what you like to do Puerto Rico is filled to the brim with world-class attractions that will allow you to turn your vacation from an ordinary tale to a 5-star vacation story that you’ll love sharing with your friends.

Click over to SeePuertoRico.com and see all that this “no passport or foreign money required” destination has to offer. I would love to know what you most want to see and do so please come back here and tell me what you love about this island!
