The ONLY way you’ll ever find me in a theatrical

The ONLY way you’ll ever find me in a theatrical haunted house is in the spring, during the day, with ALLLLLL the lights on.

For those that love the fall haunted houses you absolutely MUST put @deadmansfarm on your bucket list. This haunted attraction in @visitloudoncounty is sure to scare the pants off you!
.
It’s one of the few haunted attractions that has a touch option😮😮😮
That’s right, as if a haunted house isn’t scary enough you can sign up to let the actors touch/grab you. 😬
.
In addition to the haunted house there is a haunted corn maze with freaking psychotic CLOWNS hiding in the corn (shudder), 5 5-minute escape rooms/experiences, fire breathers, and all kinds of scare ya spitless fun!

Seriously, if you absolutely adore the thrill of visiting haunted attractions in October this is the one for you. Please report back and let me know what you thought when you go. I’ll be safely tucked at home #tooscary

Some tips for visiting:
-Get there as soon as they open if you want to experience all the activities.
-Expect to wait 2+ hours for the haunted house if you arrive later in the evening.
-As you go through the house if it’s too scary for you, simply make chicken clucking noises and a tech will come rescue you. Of course, you’ll have to do the walk of shame past all the people waiting in line but might be worth it. Note: a couple hundred people tap out every season 🤣
-Make sure to take your friends. Thanks to the @thetinshedwood for braving the house during the day with me. #noshameinmygame 😆

How many colors do you see during a sunrise? It was a gorgeous light show over Fort Loudon Lake this morning in @visitloudoncounty. And the million dollar view of the lake with the smoky mountains in the backdrop in everything (be sure to scroll to see that image!).

This right here was worth the drive and there is so much more I’ve yet to discover here. Can’t wait to see what the day brings ❤️

Did you know that the American Cemetery is the oldest cemetery in the Louisiana Purchase?

Located in the backyard of the Samuel Guy House B& B in Natchitoches, LA. there is a lovely garden entrance to the sacred grounds.

Definitely worth a visit when you find yourself in Natchitoches!
