- 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- In a small bowl combine all the ingredients. Store in an air tight container.
